The Village Schools Partnership can confirm it complies with safer recruitment processes and on-going employment
checks for staff as follows:


 Verification of identification checks
 Right to Work in the UK checks
 Relevant qualification and registrations checks
 Employment history and reference checks
 An Enhanced DBS check is carried out, including checks against the
   DBS Children’s Barred List, and the Teaching Regulation Agency

All staff have a contractual obligation to inform The Executive Headteacher/School Business Manager if they receive a reprimand, final warning, caution or conviction by the Police or Courts whilst employed with The Village Schools Partnership.
