Home Education

Welcome to our Home Education Page which is designed to support you while your children are at home.

We have all been thrown into this very unexpectedly and once we have got over the shock and readjusted our thinking I'm sure we can help children to continue to learn in fun and manageable ways. Our role is to continue to support  and guide you on a weekly basis all the while your child is registered on our school roll even though being educated at home. Together we can do this!

The Teachers are busy updating your child's class page with learning activities relevant to them,  but KS2 children will find their learning on google classrooms.  To login in to that you will need their google email- not just their user name.

Teachers will be in touch with you weekly- but not over what would have been the Easter holidays as they need a rest but will contact you again during the week on 13th April. They will email and post suggested learning tasks weekly  and for those with  little or no internet we will try to find alternative ways of supporting learning. Teachers will check their emails every morning 9 -12 am  Monday to Friday to answer queries and look at any work that has been sent to them . We will also phone some families especially if we do not have any email contact . We want to know how you are getting on and how we can support you- we just have to do it at a distance at the moment.

On this page we will add general tips for Home Learning and resources that may support you.
